I love Christmas. The food, decorating, tree, family, I love all of it. My husband says I go overboard. He just hates getting everything out of storage. Between all the decorating I've been working on a few new projects, hope you like them. Send me an email and let me know what you think.

I think these are too cute. My 7 year old (even though she's too old) wants one. There are so many combination of fabric you could use with these. This one is sure to make any little girls day. My granddaughter thinks she's an absolute princess when she wears these.

Wow I can't believe I forgot to tell everyone--------I am now a member of Team Etys Kids. I'm so proud. I'm usually not a big contributor to these things, but I love reading the post. This allows me to add to my current knowledge, then when I need help I can ask.

Almost forgot, yesterday was my next to youngest birthday. Happy Birthday Dakota!!!!! Big 10.

I know I'm not good at this posting stuff. I'd rather be sewing. If I'm not sewing I'd rather be surfing the net searching for new patterns and ideas.

I have been doing a lot of sewing this past week and a half. Finished up about 10 orders still working a some. I also joined Team Etsy Kids and submitted a dress for the monthly design challenge. (Hope to get a little more exposure). Of course I'm going to sew for my girls one way or the other.

Anyway here's the new dress I love it!!!!!

She should be a star!!!!(This is my youngest daughter)

If you have time stop by shop and check out this listing and my others. Thanks.

Sorry I've been so busy. School starts back Monday busy, busy, busy. I've been working on new outfits for the girls, buying school supplies, finishing up sewing for orders, etc. I'm praying things will calm down after they go back to school. I've loved having them home, but I want to spend time with them instead of sewing (kinda use that as excuse).

Still so much to do. Lunches, schedules, football, cheer leading, it goes on and on. I love it. Staying busy that is.

Anyway I should have more pictures next week. I'm redoing pictures in my shop. I think they will look better than the old ones.

Have a great weekend.

We are home from vacation. We spent a few days with my dad's brother and his wife. I also saw my cousin and her children. I haven't seen my cousin Scottie in over 10 years. It was so nice to be able to reconnect after all that time.

Working on school clothes for Sarah Beth. I love these colors. I've been trying to stay away from brown. The girls have brown and pink, brown and blue out the ears, but I couldn't resist this brown and mint green.

Ice Cream anyone?

Love the bows.

Just added this strip work dress to my shop. I made these for a friend for her girls for Easter. They absolutely loved them. My girls also have these dresses. They are so adorable in them.

Still trying to recover from the vacation. I have sooo much sewing to do. I wanted the summer off, but I guess not. That's ok I love it. After I weed through the swimming parties and doctor's appointments maybe I'll have time to get my orders out this week.

We had the best time this week. This was the first time we had been to the beach for vacation. They didn't like that they had to take time to pose for this picture. Dakota and Sarah Beth wanted to be in the water. Matthew is not big on the outdoors, so he really didn't care. Those teenage years sometime leave a parent between and rock and a hard place. He would have rather been at home on his computer.

Daddy and Momma needed the break. Momma never takes any down time for herself. She got a deserved break. Daddy took a break form working on his computer and his high school's web site.

The kids are all ready asking if we're going back next year.

My brother the beach bum.

This is sooooooooo much fun. Can I do it again?

This is sooooo much fun I've got to take a break and something about someone seeing a shark.

Vacations over and we're home, so now it's back to sewing. I've got to get those orders out, but to me sewing is like a vacation all the time.

We're getting ready to go to the beach on Monday. This week has been so hectic trying to get everything in order to leave. Grass had to be cut, house has to be cleaned, and most important the girls need pretty clothes to wear to the beach. The boys are too old for me to sew for. Even though I wish I still could. Emily says my clothes make her the prettiest girl at school. She's beautiful, but I don't know that my clothes do that. Anyway I'm trying to spread my wings and create some things that are a little less traditional for me anyway. Most of what I sew is tradition, so I'm trying to be a little more creative.

This is the first one.......

I love these pants !!!!!!! They are soooo cute. I made these for my best friends daughter. Their grandfather was filming a commercial and they wanted new outfits to wear.

This was the one for the youngest. She loves yellow.
I just love all those ruffles. They are so girly.
